"Prompt response. Gave me a variety of options for what I needed to do to have my siding repaired or replaced"

"Eric did a very good job at discussing my project which was the complete re-stucco of my house. Eric made me feel good about hiring him. He worked with my painter's timeline to make sure the best job was completed in a timely manner. Primarily, The Stucco Shop had to complete the acrylic coat and wait for the painters to complete their portion of the job. Eric then finished the stucco right away. I really appreciate the finished stucco, especially, the texture that I was looking for. Clean up was excellent as was the overall quality of the work. I would be very glad to hire The Stucco Shop again and to recommend them to others. Eric's crew was very professional, quick and focused on my project."

"From day one, I knew I was in good, professional hands working with Justin at Approved Contractor. Being out of state I was initially worried undertaking much required repairs (assisting my eldering aunt with so many repairs on her home). My fears were put to rest immediately. Justin did a walkthrough of the property via live video with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. His team removed so much damaged wood from the roof and garage and replaced with new wood and a shingle roof. His team additionally replaced a sliding glass door, power washed the entire exterior of the home, repaired and replaced stucco that was damaged on the exterior beautifully, repaired a retaining wall by my aunt's front lawn and painted the entire exterior of the home and garage. I could not have been more happier with the not only the ease of the process in working with Approved Contractor but the workmanship was superior. Every worker took pride in not only their work but they were professionals all the way around and took special care in cleaning up afterwards. During the entire process Justin made sure to check on his team and address any questions I had. Top notch team that I would highly recommend and use again without hesitation!"

"They did a great job. They rebuilt my closet, hung curtain rods, fixed a kitchen cabinet and drawers as well as a few other small projects. It was very reasonably priced and done quickly. I would definitely hire again."

"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "Great work and great price. Did not discuss cleanup so I got confused so make sure you ask. Very happy with the result!"

"Excellent professional Did a great job. Will call again as needed."

"In the middle of having my flooring installed, we discovered that I had asbestos in my kitchen and bathroom- the flooring installers walked out of the job immediately. I had 3 companies come and give me bids. San Diego Abatement Services was the most professional and knowledgeable. They scheduled the job the day after I called. They were polite, efficient, and did exactly what they promised to do. They were not the least expensive- but my confidence in a perfect job and the safety of my home was more important. They sent me the certificate of a clean air test so I can now finish my floors!"

"Throughout our project, their general construction services were consistently professional and reliable. They managed every detail flawlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish."

"Super awesome service! Came to house, was very personable, listened to our needs, came up with a plan of action, and because the price was more than reasonable, accepted the quote. Work was completed same day."
